Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Prouto platform. By using our app you agree to be bound by the conditions below.

By downloading, installing, or using the Prouto application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all drivers, advertisers, and any other users of the Prouto platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Prouto
• You must hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle you register
• You must own or have authorised use of the vehicle you register
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You must have a valid bank account for receiving payouts

• Maintain the advertising material (sticker/wrap) in good condition throughout the campaign
• Drive within the designated campaign zones as specified in the campaign brief
• Allow the Prouto app to run in the background for accurate GPS-based tracking
• Not tamper with, damage, or remove campaign materials before the campaign end date
• Report any damage to campaign materials within 24 hours via the app
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and road regulations

• Campaign availability is subject to the advertiser's requirements and your vehicle type and route
• Prouto reserves the right to accept or reject any driver application for a campaign
• Once accepted into a campaign, drivers must fulfil the minimum required coverage
• Campaigns may be cancelled by advertisers with reasonable notice; Prouto will compensate for work already completed
• Drivers may not participate in competing brand campaigns simultaneously

• Earnings are calculated based on GPS-verified distance covered within active campaign zones
• Payouts are processed on a weekly basis directly to your registered bank account
• Minimum payout threshold is ₹100; amounts below this roll over to the next cycle
• Prouto deducts a platform service fee as disclosed at the time of campaign acceptance
• Disputed earnings must be raised within 7 days of the payout date
• Prouto is not liable for delays caused by bank processing times

• Spoofing GPS location data or using any app to falsify tracking information
• Removing or defacing campaign advertisements before the campaign end date
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral or incentive programmes
• Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or distributing the Prouto app or its content

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and technology within the Prouto platform are the exclusive property of Prouto and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Prouto platform without prior written consent.

Prouto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, vehicle damage, or third-party claims. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid to you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Prouto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, any pending verified earnings will be paid within 14 business days. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Prouto encourages resolution of disputes through direct communication before any formal legal proceedings.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Your continued use of Prouto after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
